I like the exterior except for the badging. I don't care for the interior though. When I sat in it at the launch the center console appeared cheap and fit poorly. It does have more headroom than the 997.

Well I didn't have to look far for a counter point I can agree with. I very rarely like the new redesign of a previous model but I liked the 991 the 1st time I saw it, even better up close. It looks like the natural sucsesser to the 996 & I never liked the 997. The 2013 Boxster looks great too & I never liked the 987.
I think once the 991 is established it will boost 996 resale values.
