had them replaced a week ago @ some auto supply store. the new ones seem too long (22") and i don't have the originals to measure what length they should be. thx.

the metal section of the wiper blade is 22"... the cartridge is 21 1/4" long. Hope this helps.

the new 22" wipers go past the edge of window when operating... that can't be normal can it?

Did you replace the whole wiper or just the cartridge? Aftermarket wipers will not fit that well.
The OEM brand or BOSCH are actually metric in size thus just a little smaller.

and the Passenger Side is Curved. Valeo is also Supplier. Infact Porsche Genuine is made by Valeo i think

I just put 22 inch Bosh Icons on all three wipers on mine and they work fine.
