Default Hey all! Just bought my first Porsche, thought I'd say hi!

Greetings Rennlist! :-) After adoring Porsches from afar for most of my life I can finally say I own one. I just picked up a CPO 40th Anniversary Edition with ~13k miles and I am loving it! She's #395 and in pristine condition.

I'm in the Dallas area, hope to meet some of y'all around town. :-) I'll get some better pics soon...this is a phone picture taken in the delivery bay at the dealership.

Sean

Sean, welcome aboard. Congratulations on your first Porsche.....you picked a great example with low miles and apparently in pristine condition. You are off to a great start.

Congrats! I bought my first from Park Place too. I remember a Sax Maniac on the Frisco message board (I think). The same?

Michael.

That would be me! I'm still in Frisco, up toward Preston/ElDorado.

Me too! I'm off Fisher and Preston! Let's get some coffee sometime. There's another red 996 Turbo on here from Frisco too!

Michael (mdoan300).

LOL, gotcha. I remember a couple of FOL discussions. 300ZX to M3.....then apparently a Porsche, right? I think we live in the same subdivision. Are you going to Cars & Coffee in Plano tomorrow morning?

Good memory, but there was a 350z between the 300 and M3. ;-)

If you go down Fisher on a daily basis, then you probably see my black 5-series out in front.

Classic C&C is too packed. RUF cars and bikes is better...

Michael.
