key / ignition issue

Lucky man! My wife would be too busy rolling her eyes and telling me to sell the car to help!
I tried to replace my switch once, with zero success. I just couldn't find a way to reach in to get both screws out - I had no leverage to use the tiny screw driver! Is there an almost-easy way with the proper screw driver?? All the DIY instructions just say use a jewelers screw driver.

We used a small slot screwdriver like the top one listed in the link. Once it broke free it was easy.
