Unfortunately this is the beauty of the internet forums - You have all ranges of people from Teenage kids to older/mature guys. I am member of different forums and have found out by reading and browsing that RL has some "serious" car nuts. That is one of the reasons why I joined and paid my fees.

I find some of the guys here very helpful (specially the veterans)

whoa! Ya miss a few days and everything goes crazy!

I actually had the exact same reaction regarding leg room when I got my car and i'm very seriously interested in a 'fix' for it. I'm 6'4" too. Seemed to me like the only other 996 I've been in had more leg room than mine does. I'm new to Porsche and don't have many comparables.

I'll post a properly worded request for help once this whole thing blows over.

That was a brutal thread and maybe went a little over board but people need to learn to get a thick skin. This is the interwebz, not a Tupperware party.

great, so what am I going to do with all these lids I bought???

I was really hoping to find some nice bowls to put them on, now I just have stacks of lids? F#@* this really sucks!
