I reset the CEL and took it for a "spirited" drive. Boy does she run great! Pulls like a freight train and it's a nice change from the Viper. The CEL did return but this time the only code was for the Bank 2 cat which is the one that rattles so I'm guessing as soon as I replace it I will be CEL free.....for now. Thanks for all the help everyone!

I know on my Lightning and my Cobra I have the rear 02's turned off in the tune. Is this possible on the P-car as well?

yes, some tuners can permanently shut off the cel, but dont know exactly how they do it.... I dont think its through the o2 though.
