Default Steering wheel adapter - 996 to 997/987-2

Are there adapaters available to allow the fitting of a Cayman / Boxster-2 / 997 steering wheel in a 996? The airbag would be one-stage instead of two-stage, but that's ok. I've tried checking ebay / Google / FVD but came up short. Any ideas?

Thanx pk2, that adapter actually looks like it would fit:

However, I decided to go another route and pimp a 996 three-spoke wheel instead. The work was done by Dallas Custom Steering Wheel to my specs (my seats, doors and dash are also in black leather with red stitching):

Mission creep is the expansion of a project or mission beyond its original goals, often after initial successes

Ah! Now I know what to call it. I thought "insane spending" was the correct term for my car-endeavors, but "mission creep" sounds a lot less expensive.

My previous car got almost 40.000 usd put into it, in addition to the cost of the car itself. Also, high horsepower-cars are insanely expensive in Norway, I bought my 1998 996 C2 for 435.000 nok, which is about 80.000 usd(!!)

I need to resurrect this thread as I'm planning to install a 997.2 wheel on a 996. I've got the electronics all worked out to control the audio system, horn and airbag. My main concern is fitting the 997 wheel to the 996 steering spline. I'm hoping the (telescopic) offset is about the same. I'm just looking to find the adapter shown above (thklinge). Any help is appreciated.
