Don't know which model you have, as the part numbers are different for 6 spd or tiptronic, C2, C4 or Turbo.

If you have a 2002-2004 C2 6 spd, the part number for ROW M030 kit is 000-044-500-27.

I drive a 2000 C4 Coupe tip. Would it fit? Any other suspension kits in the market about the same value and better?

Cheers

Cool

Philooo,
If your car was made for the USA and delivered here, then the 30 is the US spec M030 (-10mm). The M030 RoW is usually -20mm.

C4's have different M030 specs and components than C2, regardless of USA or RoW. Safest procedure is to contact the seller directly to confirm the parts and kit for your car year/model.

One other item to look at, the M030 roll bars, springs and Dampeners have a green dot on them. The white dots are for the "touring" suspension.

Here is a picture of the front springs, the ROW M030 is on the right.

I found out that the suspension in the link is a ROW M033. Would it fit a 2000 C4 Coupe Tip?

I am getting all confused .... What is row m030 and row m033?? Basically I want my ride height to be lowered and stiffen, which should I get?? What's the difference between USA version and Europe version.

Sorry for my ignorance!

I think M033 is nothing else than the standard on the wide body 996 (S, Turbo) so not as 'good' as M030 that is lower and a bit stiffer if I did understand well.

But after some research I would go with some H&R to keep a smooth ride, and I will probably put a set of Eibach on my C4S. M030 doesn't seem to be really worth the cost... my two cents.

I normally post on the 997 board but I had a 996 for 8 years so I hope it's ok to post here.

IIRC, the US spec M030 was stiffer but no lower than the standard 996 suspension. The ROW (Rest of World) M030 used different springs than the US spec and was 10mm lower.

I retrofitted the ROW M030 to my 996 before I went over the edge with Eibach springs, JRZ shocks, GT3 bars, and about 35mm of lowering. Setup was great for autox, but too much for the street, IMO. In retrospect, ROW M030 was a good compromise.
