Most of the vehicles around here are rusted old pickup trucks! The only thing to worry about around here is the wind. It catches car doors easily leaving a nice door ding.

Problem here is "no fault insurance" so they actually aim for the nicest ride they can find... and tag team it!

I have tried taking pics with the BB but the silver the dent is hard to pick up. The damage is at the 'C' and below. The pic doesn't do it justice. But the beer in the picture helped..

Also decided to eat my sorrows away with some ice cream last night. Our Chi-Wienie, Sophie finished it up.

Kudos Pete to you, your approach to all this is all taken in stride.

What a bummer. But at least it doesn't affect the driving. In fact, it's a "weight reduction feature".

It'll get repaired, and then you'll have a good story.

At least it wasn't a hit and run! Sorry for the damage, but it is fixable.

Aren't the factory aerokit decklids composite? I'd think it wouldn't dent, but rather break in that case?

Actually its a '_amaro'

I'm not sure how the lid is made...composite with an alum skin? Its got the 'made in France' tag on the underside so I know its real.
