Totally worth doing as I learned that my car actually had TWO previous owners, not ONE! Granted the first owner seems to only have owned it for the first year or so, but still kind of annoying. Also kind of interesting that it still has a "corrosion warranty" not that I'll need to use it.

So... Anyone read German? Anything of interest in all those codes?

I didn't. The dealer did though and I looked it over. However, I don't remember reading about the # of owners, I may not have had the entire report. I was interested in the repair/service/accident history and all of that looked good.

When I went to look at the car, I didn't have any information on it but some pictures/options etc that were on his website. I brought my porsche mechanic friend with me and I was entirely expecting to find all sorts of problems and walk out to continue my search. I had absolutely no intention of buying a car that day, but my mechanic was very impressed with it and it was just so pretty, lol... so well I bought it

OP brought to mind a couple of issues:

1. Carfax is terrible at identifying the exact number of previous owners. Events such transfers between dealers and owners moving between states can be identified as additional owners, while actual DMV transfers sometimes don't get identified as a new owner. You really have to decipher the report, read between the lines, and compare dates to get close to an accurate count. I'm still not exactly sure if my car had two or three previous owners... so of course I say two.
   
2. As for the report above... How can a dealer report possibly accurately report the number of owners of a car out of warranty for over five years? If the car was serviced independently PCNA would have no record. Only state level DMV records are relevant related to ownership.
   
3. Looking at the option codes, it also seems like perhaps Porsche added a bunch of individual codes in 2003 for previously standard equipment - "3-SPOKE AIRBAG STEERING WHEEL" and "COMFORT SEAT LEFT, ELECTRICALLY ADJUSTABLE" for example. That is the standard steering wheel and the base seat. They are not listed as option codes in my 2002.
   Porsche did something similar in the 944 series. The sunroof was always standard up to 1991. But for the 968 it was listed as a $1,200 option, an option that came standard on every car unless specifically deleted.

Experian's Autocheck is more accurate and Carfax took a beating after the report came out by a national news agency. That's why you see Car Fax commercials all the time now.
