They offer a black and a silver 996 MKII cabrio made by Autoart. Autoart makes some nice diecast models - got a few nice Porsche 917's from them.

LOL - I do
so there are many type of models.. some cheapy Chinese and some nice Franklin Mint or other... For the cheap ones I found a guy in Canada who sells on (you guessed it) ebay with great prices and good selection of colors. I have one of my car (black over savanah) which was sort of tough to find... it was like $25-30 or something silly.....took me a while to find... also Amazon has a good selection....sometimes

I bought this http://www.kcautoacc.com/Autoart-778...Car_p_542.html
I have a die cast model of almost every car I have ever owned. (including run of the mill E39 BMW, E36, etc)
Nice to go down memory lane sometimes with those models.

I second AutoArt, although a bit pricey, well worth it.
Another very nice 1:18 diecast for the money is Hot Wheels Die Cast for MKII GT3 models. Very detailed even down to the "Porsche" written on calipers. Only thing is the front trunk doesn't open and generic tires(no tire name on sidewalls). On another note, they got the stance just right on this one.
I've also tried the Burago as that was one of the few that still had MK1 GT3 models, however, Wheels were aftermarket with wrong tire sidewall sizing, improper stance(raked), non GT3 air cleaner, no calipers, poor interior details, MK2 skirts on MK1 model, wrong exhaust tips, fitted luggage set in the front trunk, Pirelli marked tires.
Ironically, the Burago brand is made in Italy while the Hot Wheels are made in China.
