315 in my 6gt3, so yes, wide body will fit for sure.

315 fits in a narrow body also.

Hey Pac, you might want to check that your rear wheels are 11" because a lot of aftermarket 19" rims are 10" wide in the rear and 8.5" in front (that's why you've got 235 instead of 225) and those 275's look like they're fitting OK.
With 10" rims you can go up to 295 (with some cursing of the mechanic) but any bigger won't work, ask me how I know

If you look at the stock rim sizes for the 305's you'll see that they are 11.5" (for 997 wide body).
The 11's have 295's (996 wide body).
Putting 315's on a 11.5" rim will work, on a 11" rim 305's will work too, but with 315's... I think you're going to be 1 size over.
Guess there's only one way to find out.
