Default Porsche Turbo Bumper Installed.

I just purchased a Porsche turbo bumper off eBay for $300 plus $100 shipping. The bumper came with the C4S spoiler, all grilles and clear bra. There are no stone chips and factory paint is in excellent condition. Take a look…

Looks very nice. How did you attach the plate down low like that? Now that I live in Colorado, we have to put front plates on (Indidna did not), and I don't like the factory plate bracket too much.

What MY and style is your 996? Narrow or wide body?

My question is, does the Turbo bumper fit the early narrow body 996 models?

Looks great, BTW.

that's a great deal! I wish there were speed yellow turbo bumpers or c4s bumpers around to replace the one I have.

I used extra long screws from the plate holder through the grill to a 4”x 18”piece of rubber behind the grill to fasten the screws.

The turbo bumper was fitted to a 2002 996 C2 CAB. The turbo bumper is a perfect fit onto narrow body 996s. Since the narrow body does not have the third radiator you will need bracket extensions for the bottom. I used a 4”x 32” peace of rubber.

Last week there where two black one's on eBay, I got one the other went for less. I was surprised that both went for under $300. I thought for sure people would start driving the price up like on the 996s windscreens. I have been looking for a turbo bumper all year, all were priced from 650-1500$. And these were without spoiler and grills.

Nah, a black bumper cover wouldn't look good on your red car!

Very sharp ! I let a color matched one go for $500.00. Mistake

I got a speed yellow a couple of years ago. The bumper was pristine and the color matched perfectly! The aerodynamics are the same as the carrera4S or the anniversary edition with the small, rear spoiler...
