63K miles by the time I got it home. Had the LN IMS bearing replacement, water pump and RMS replaced as they were leaking. Taking it to Monterey this weekend right after I remove the front plate.

First time Porsche owner. Picked up #516 last month. Fantastic condition, previous owners treated it well. Only a few changes so far: changed side markers and installed a 997 short shifter.

Congrats on a great choice. IMO the 40 AE is a pretty special car, and a real bargain at this time. The X51, LSD, special touches throughout the car, and the limited production make the car stand out among other Porsches of this era. Love the wheels on yours, the car sits well.
