Default Lubricating the spoiler?

I was cleaning under the spoiler today, and I noticed that when I raised it up, it creaked a bit. I put some synthetic bearing grease on the runners, but I think it's the inner pieces that need the lubrication.

I assume this is something that needs to be lubricated every once in a while (like on my Corrado), so what is the correct procedure to do this?

Thanks,

- Anthony

Little hi-jacking...

I don't have the manual button to raise my spoiler. Is there anybody with a DIY to install one ?
If not how can I raise this thing manually

this is a funny thread..... you should just talk to your GF/Wife/doctor about this problem rather than talking to a bunch of guys on a car forum.

Their is a spoiler button on the left side of the driver's footwell on the fuse cover. You can run a jumper wire from there to the upper center console and get a Turbo spoiler switch to install in the horseshoe.

Check out this link. Spoiler Switch Install
