I never knew there was a hole in the rear like that requiring lube. I'm typically up front driving and having too much fun to pay attention to what's going on in the rear. Makes sense though, if it makes noise while going up and down; must need some lube. The hole looked very tiny, is it hard to get it in? Should you spray it directly into the little hole or just generously spray it into and around the hole?

I believe you have to 'smear' it around the hole.
