To be honest, I haven't really "driven" it. I'll get a full report after I flog it this weekend

Right off the bat I can say the clutch sucks (whimpy) and the exhaust is quiet as quiet can be

NCSU and DTCC

Dell,
Way to go! Absolutely beautiful car. I'm sure that you'll have a great time with it AND tell us all about it.

Congrats Dell, exactly the car and color combo I'd buy if I were out there today!

Great looking Turbo, Dell!, congratulation! I love those wheels and if you could install those 997S exhaust tips, that would be awesome... Enjoy :-)

Your wife isn't bad either.

Congrats on the new car! - you have the Porsche sickness way more than anyone I've ever met.

Enjoy!
Wayne, I kind of suspected. Not that there's anything wrong with that ....

Congrats Dell.... your patience paid off. She's a beauty!.... as for the wimpy clutch, pull out the booster (helper) spring up by the clutch pedal, it will help with a better feel for the pedal.

Congrats on the beautiful turbo! I just pointed out to my wife that I must be simple and practical because I have only one Porsche... I really love my Targa but I sometimes fantasize about driving a turbo. It isn't much by any standard, but back in my 20's the 2.0 turbo on my Saab 900 gave a nice boost... Can only imagine what the extra 100 HP and the boost would feel like...

Enjoy the car!

Lawrence
