Removing my wheel/Airbag
Taking a day off tomorrow
to relax and get some "fun" stuff done.
Finally getting around to replacing my faulty clock spring thats causing my Airbag light... everything looks easy enough to take apart... but just to confirm:
Steering wheel... is it like older Porsche's with a 24 or 27mm socket, remove and pull?? (after pulling the Airbag of course)

And drink a beer after the battery is disconnected, just to make double-sure!

Nevermind, looks like it's the usual Porsche Hex nut.

Have durametic or something to reset the system when you're done?

How did you know it was a faulty clock spring Marc , and not a bad seat belt sensor?

Durametric codes pointed my yo clock spring and not the seat belts.
Also a "noise" coming from steering whee hub.
With my luck the belt sensor will go next, at least I have the parts for that as well.

I think he bought a GT1 wing. That plus a GT2 wing = GT3 wing.
Make perfect sense to me.

another question Marc. Why are you switching to a 997 airbox?
