Porsche Umbrellas

Yep, I was a sucker for the Porsche Design item. fits like a glove....cool handle and release button. got it at Suncoast $79 along with a Transyberia key lanyard on sale $19 and a Mother's Day gift for the wife. it kind of made the shipping cost worthwhile...
Having said that..the umbrella has a small radius, it would only be good for light showers and to protect from the sun....
it's worth it for the cool factor...

I had the same thought but wound up finding one with titanium components for strength--better than the OEM thing. And the darn thing even fits!

Move to the Willamette Valley in Oregon and come away a new man that can walk all day in the rain and call it a beautiful day. Just think of the rain as a little shy of going for a fun swim Did you know that in Oregon 300 people a year die from falling off their bicycles and drowning? Don't stop when walking down hill or the water will run up your leg. Mother nature is beautiful....its the job that sucks if you aren't liking the rain. You could try changing to rainy weather clothes for wet days. Fancy hat, cool jacket and Willamette Valley approved boots or high top driving shoes. Check some of the high top motorcycle shoes. I've got some TCX cube shoes that are pretty nice for bike and passable for driving. I'd go for the lighter TCX Square shoes for driving since they are lighter and still have the high tops. Or you could go the route of some racing shoes that I don't think are as protective.

Just looked at mine--from Totes...with several of the inner rods made of titanium to beef it up. Fits fine. All this stuff is made in CHINA--so go with the one that appears to be the best design and manufacture.
