Default Just a note about Autopartswarehouse.com

if you use them and you hit the "live help now"
They are very pushy to get you to buy right then. If you have any questions about product fit, they will replay with "hold on I am checking with the manufacture" and then come back and tell you whatever you want to hear so you buy.

I just got a wrong set of rear brake pads becasue of their BS sales people. the guy was trying to tell me that this one manufacture had the same part number for front and rears.....Ah no.... Not even close......and after all his BS of, "hold on im talking to the manufactuer now" and me asking "are you sure about this....

I called - "there are 20 callers ahead of you"

shoot... I will try later, now the live chat sounds wonderful too?
I am trying to land a set of rear rotors... is the right and left differant too? I am so confused and we all know when this happens I end up with Turbo and GT2 parts !

I haven't used them for Porsche parts, but I have bought several things for the Volvo there. I've used their online ordering system, and it has worked well. I actually had to return one part because it was defective, and they took it back without issue. They refunded my money promptly.

Watch your cc bill. These a-holes tacked on an ongoing monthly $12 fee for some BS called "Complete Service" when I ordered a part.

I will not do business with them again.

Fare is fare I must report, The return process was very easy and speedy.

Ed. Just do it on-line. The site is friendly. Just go by what you know. Not what they "free live help" can offer. You can also search for "Coupon codes" and get 10% for a 500+ sale.

I've had poor luck with them in the past, too.

Ordered a part they swore was right, it was wrong, returned it, got a different wrong part, and so-on. In the end it was a waste of time and I didn't get refunded for everything.

For the most part, I order parts either from Pelican or Suncoast.

Ive ordered non p-car parts from them before. No issues and decent price. As always, comparison shop first! If you are in CA, youll be paying tax. Carson is their HQ.

If you use IE try resetting all your setting for IE back to default.

BTW, I buy my stuff at www.rockauto.com
Fast shipping, reliable, and has no issues with returns if the part was incorrect.
They also have choices for different manufacturers for each part, including OEM.

Disclosure: No affiliation.
