For those of you that own them, do people ask you this question? Do you find it annoying? Have you considered changing the badge? I personally will not change the badge but...

I geuss it is not as bad as owning a Boxster when a lot of people would say 'nice miata'. It must have to do with living in a redneck zone.

I saw a really nice Porsche, the guy is kind of a friend.... anyway its a C4 with a bad *** 4 cylinder... sounds great ...... he told me

So I guess a plain old "Carerra" has no engine?

Since C4 = 4 cylinder
C2 = 2 cylinder
C = nada

Glad my PO put the 40th anniversary badge with just a simple "911" on my car. That means it has 911 horsepower!

I figure you got a few options here for the non-knowing: Tell them it means either, 1. it has a 400ci engine or 2. it has 4 turbo's. 3. You also own a Carrera 1, 2, 3 and this car is #4.. LOL
