Can't find error code P1331
I have an 02 C2 I purchased in July 09 with 44k. The CEL came on accompanied by the "drive to workshop message" so I took it to the dealer yesterday. The codes that came back were 178/P1325 and P1331. I found the P1325 description but I could not verify the P1331 code with any online sources.
Anyone ever encountered this code and the problem associated with it? The dealer says it's related to the cam actuator. I found this post which I found most informative, but no reference to P1331: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index...howtopic=24113
Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your time.
It is in the general area of codes that apply to cam timing control/sensor errors.
Why not let the dealer sort out the problem and fix it?
Sincerely,
Macster.

Nothing wrong with that, except perhaps the expense. I'm just trying to inform myself so I can discuss it intelligently with the tech/service manager and make smart choices. I'm a do-it-myself kind of guy and eventually I plan on doing my own service as much as possible, but I'm still new to Porsche.
