Hi Ed. Its a 2001 Seal Gray Metallic(I think it's metallic?) Coupe. 28k miles. Factory aero package. Sport seats... I think? Black suede headliner, Turbo style wheels, brand new Pzero tires. Looks pretty much brand new. Has stone guard on the front and in a few other key spots. They have it listed at 32,800. They are telling me the lowest they can go is 30,800. Seems like a decent price with the low miles. I was kind of thinking I would hold out for a 02 and get some of the model year upgrades but.....having a glove box would be nice, +20 HP. etc. What do you think? I like the Aero package but I'm not sure I love the side skirts. I would probably want to remove those..if possible.

If they're telling you the lowest they'll go is 30,800, I bet there's room for a good deal more. The car looks nice! Not sure how it would look with the side skirts removed, though. But hey, it (may soon be) your car.... and to each his own. :-)

Good luck with everything... and make sure to get a good inspection. I really liked the guys at Chris' German Auto on 130th in Bellevue. They answered all my questions even before I brought the car in...

WOW - in my opinion thats a great deal ! That car is beautiful ! ! not many come up that are equiped like that. IF you dont like the side skirts - contact me, I think my car has room for them

I have helped a young kid about a year ago with that exact set up, I wonder if that is his car? I can check and see. I would get a PPI done and get your best price. Dont worry if you kill the dealer or pay a fair value, make sure the car is up to speed! (condition)

Link to other car nope, not his, but really close to the same ! ! I put a muffler by-pass on his car, its a beauty ! ! DO IT !

If you want to contact me directly for additional support or ideas where to go I will pass along my info

Good luck, I think you have found something to go for!

I am partial to MK1 aeros. If you want a porsche aero, its the nicest looking in my opinion but hey its your money.

The side skirts (WILL NEVER) match the front bumper to the wing. I would not get rid of them. You may regret it.

$28K would be a good deal for the car pending options. Did it get the 30K mile service? That is worth $600 to $700 dollars retail. I can see its got, litronics, sport seats and 3 spoke steering wheel. Get a PPI and you will have a very nice car.

The windstop is great. I can drive 100mph w/o messing up the wife's hair, hypothetically, of course. I can also leave the top down when the temp is as low 40F. It folds down when you don't want it or stores neatly in the boot.
