And Porsche and most other manufacturers love you for it. Frankly, it's the debt-laden purchases of all of these 'assets' that got us into trouble in the first place. It always cracks me up how we come out with the HP wars at the very peaks of recessions (take the 70s for example). Anyway, you're right about one thing: drive what you love. But do it because you love it and haven't been conned by the marketing gurus on Madison Ave.
