Default Pics of non-smoker kit installed?

Can someone with the non-smoker parts installed post some pics? I am contemplating installing the part that replaces the ash tray to house my iPod as an alternative to storing it in a cubby in the center console.

That's the part I'm interested in. I was hoping to see some pics of someone who has actually installed it.

Don't know for sure but imagine it's like most other dash / console pieces - pop out the old, pop in the new - probably plastic clips of some sort. In fact in the picture you can see some clips at the front of the piece. Although, having said that I'll pull my ashtray out and see if there are any screws underneath that.

Under the plastic/rubber insert is two plastic torx screws. I can snap a few pics if you like. Standby.....

On this forum, good info is only milliseconds away – thanks. And the same two screws are underneath the ashtray.

Is the space long enough for an iPod? I'll have to eye-ball it when I leave work.

Maybe the new nano - check the size of the ashtray - it should be approximately the size of the space needed.

I just installed mine two days ago. Simple as could be, once you get at it (and once you realize how much force it takes to pull the switches apart). Let me go stick an 80G in it and see if it fits...

Fits longways with about 5mm in front and behind. I'm not sure it'll fit with the plug attached though. Actually, I'm pretty sure it won't.

Thanks all. I think I'll install the iPod connector through one of the lower compartments then.

The Nano will fit. I usually put my phone in the tray.
