Rattling and buzzing

I believe that the primary issue with the 996 interior is that it's held together with plastic and metal retainer clips (= noisy). What can you do? I've thought about removing some panels and greasing the clips. I love my car but I would totally consider a 997 if I knew that the interior was better assembled.

My passenger side door rattles sporatically. Annoyed the crap out of me. When I drove, sometimes I would hear a slight rattle, other times I would not. Finally opened up the passenger door and found that one of the speaker screws was halfway out. I tightend the screw and problem solved.
At least I know exactly what to fix once my driver side starts to rattle.

When removing the door panel are there any fasteners that have to be replaced? I read the direction from the manual and they say there are two fastners that must be replaced when you put the door panel back on.
I think I have the spreaker screw rattle. Sound like a washer spinning around a screw.
