Default engine issue

Own a 99 cab with 72K miles (and manual trans) which has run great for the two years I've owned it. It has had the RMS replaced. For the last month I've noticed that when I step on the gas with any force the TAC climbs quickly but there is a noticeable lag in power. The engine sounds and revs just fine. Any thoughts what that could be? much appreciated.

+2, clutch is going.

Barn, how is the MO3O suspension different from the M030 suspension?

Tim- My USM030 doesn't lower my 996 at all, but the ROW(rest of world) does slightly, but not as much as PSS9 or other coilovers. I believe the front and rear bars are the same however.

Barn, I guess I should have been less subtle and asked "how is the "M oh-3-oh" suspension different from the "M zero-3 zero" suspension?" I had noticed you had used the letter "O" instead of the number "0" when listing the suspension in your sig, so I was giving you a little poke in the ribs!

Oops, didn't even catch your clever distinction of the 0 vs O. One is slightly 'rounder' than the other. What a tough crowd!

Definitely the clutch, been there, done that. Prepare yourself for a $1500.00
replacement if done by the dealer.

Well, picking on the Newbies is like shooting fish in a barrel, so I thought I would look for something a little more challenging!
