^ I thought the Eleanor chase was kinda ruined by the lame music they played during the chase.
I like to hear engine sounds, therefore Bullitt wins it for me. They were playing music when he was following the charger, but as soon as the charger burned out and took off, the music stopped and all you heard was the small block vs big block. Also, the fact that it was Steve McQueen doing the driving was even cooler. There was no talking either - just driving.

alright, I admit it, I had a Fiat X/19 that could pull that stunt easily. many a summer afternoons when I would park it under a parked rig, targa top off, and out of the sun so I could have my lunch
