Paint - a couple of days (can't really speed the process due to curing)
Install - < 1 day easy

Never did a facelift but I pulled the front bumper off, resprayed, and put back on in 2 days:

-30 minutes or so to pull off
-A couple of hours to block sand original paint
-Spray took about a couple of hours (Dad did it)
-Hour or so to wet sand
-15-30 minutes buff with coarse, medium, and glaze compounds
- < 1 hour to install

Headlights should be plug and play I believe?

The front fenders have to be swapped as well.

I have read on Rennetech the harness needs to change for the lights, there is a headlight wiring harness on one side and a complete harness needed for the other.

Still easy money though. I still wonder about the fenders. I assumed just the hood and front bumper were different?

Definitely fenders. There's someone on Renntech who has been doing this and has more detailed info.
I read the complete harness is around $3k but salvage it's about $400

Nope, fenders headlamps are a different shape. Fenders must be replaced.

Still, an easy job if all the parts are available at the time. Good thing I didn't make a bet on the fenders. hehe

I did it...but not myself..had a body shop do the "dirty" work....you need fenders, lights and bumper, and also new headlight washer parts, among other parts....especially the bolts to bolt the headlight in...they look the same but are not...and they cost about 40 buck a pop and you need 4 on each side ( I think...can be 6) you also need a couple of brackets and a wiring harness for the headlight (500 bucks, used)

I took my bodyshop 3 weeks....but they were very slow and I got a super deal....paid 1100 bucks for them to replace an paint. (including hood..for a better color match)

that's hell a deal for $1100......but yep.... fenders, headlights, headlight trays, wiring harness, bumper all needs to be swapped out....... not the hood....
