Default Finally united with my 996

Its been a long wait...

I bought the car back in April in CA and used RoadLoans for financing. Big mistake there and I would advise everyone to stay away from RoadLoans. They have a "process" that can take 2-4 weeks to pay the seller. Then after that they contract out the titleing which is a pain as well. And they do not keep you well informed during the process.

After that was done I scheduled the car to be shipped to CO. After about 2 weeks the car had still not been picked up. Which is probably good because I decided to relocate back to CA for work.

So the car had to sit in CA while I gave my 30 day notice and packed to move.

So now Im finally back in CA. The car had been sitting at pops house since April. Every now and then when I flew into CA to come to the corporate office I would go take it out but I really I havent been able to enjoy it.

Ive already been picking up mods but have not installed any yet. So theres a set of PSS9's waiting to be installed. I am also replacing the CF steering wheel with the Aluminum one and adding Aluminum door panels (center console was already Alu). Next will be a SSK.

Luckily Ive had my M3 while I was in CO so I had something that was still enjoyable while I waited.

Heres a few pics from today.

Very nice car, enjoy! As a dealer I can tell you that roadloans do indeed suck!

Nice! I'd be going nuts waiting that long to play with a new toy.

Enjoy!

very cool. loans have gotten tougher in every aspect and no one wants to stick their neck out. banks are getting stickier with all documentation and not passing money until satisfied. the finance broker probably has strict rules of their own to not be responsible as with the banks policy, result everything is slow.

Fraud sucks and the crooks are getting smarter. everyone is trying to be as careful as possible. Next time, go with a big bank, go direct. It's much easier....... car looks great, you have good taste. you will also soon forget all the problems etc......

roadloans are idiots... I was checking what the going interest charges were for financing and they wanted to charge around 14% and called it a great deal.....while the going rate for used cars was about 10.2%at that time.

anyways...great looking P.....enjoy

Sharp looking car, congrat... Look similar to mine except for the Taco-wing since I have a Cab but from the bumper down with those "winglets", exhaust tips, very similar. Is your car black or Midnight-blue, hard to tell...any interior pics? Cheers.

Congratulations. You can probably guess why I think you have a beautiful car - I'm a little biased.

Have fun!

Thanks for the comments!

Botsy: the car is black. Ill have to take some interior pics. Im waiting on a few pieces of the Alu Look interior so I definately want a before and after.

Also Ill have some new pics once I get the pss9's in.

Looks like I have to do some international travel for work so I have to put a few things on hold. At least Im getting a good week in before I go.
