Default AWESOME EXHAUST FOR 996

Over the weekend, I attended and took video clip of this new exhaust syst. that will be introduce in a month or two...

This exhaust is a great compliment to guys that want more aggressive sound from their current stock or brand names that don't do much more. Also, for those love the sound of muffler by-pass but can't handle the decibal. This exhaust give you 25% less volume than by-pass. Also, this exhaust gains in both torque & HP. With by-pass you give up low-end torque. HP is minimal gain.

Here is the video clip that I took: http://videos.pcars.us/video/964b01e...b500cd5f80.htm

I'm not as keen on it. I love the sound of my stock mufflers with the Fabspeed Sport Cats. I'd love to hear it with the sport cats to see what that'd be like....

I originally was going to go with Sport cats and a muffler bypass, but my shop told me it was stupid loud in a "pickup truck without a muffler" kind of way. Different strokes for different folks, but I like the sharper/higher pitch sound on this car.

Thank you for sharing, it does sound better than stock...

I beg to differ with the first 2 responses to this thread,

I agree that it sounds ** awesome**. Can you please keep us posted as to when and where it might be available.

I also like the sound. I am looking at exhaust and so far the M&K is my 1st choice. I want to know what when and how much is this new exhaust also.
No PSE for me!

I'd become a member before you post prices. You'll be edited before ya know it.

Thanks for the head up! I'm not a seller or producer or maker or builder or manufacturer. Just a plain guy who love to mod. my Porsche. I have to buy it just like everyone else. I reserved the first production set for myself so I can install and get more info. for members here and other sites to see it on my car. Just doing favor, no question asked!
