Default Has anyone thought about putting the Porsche Design stripes on the 996?

I'm thinking of putting something like these on my silver car.
Do you think the flat black would clash too much with the silver? Maybe a gunmetal or a flat silver would work?

You're thoughts and/or photochops are welcome

Omar, I think a flat silver would look cool, it has to be subtle like the Cayman to work IMO.

I think something along the sides at the bottom, such as on GT3s RS' RSRs would look good

I think SE cars should have more power, options or something other than the stripes for that premium. Still dont get that! I would not do the stripes personally but I do kind of like thd carrera script on the side of the old 911 models for some reason.

dunno, I would like the stripes more if they were more subtle. For example, on my Seal Grey put subtle but slightly noticably darker Grey stripes. But...

I'd only do if I had a lowered sport suspension and upgrade wheels/tires and upgraded exhaust and engine bolt ons (perhaps SC) and XXXX and YYYY and.... cuz mines is a 'base' C2 in need of mods!

A 4x4 with racing stripes WOULD look odd.
