I hope that is not a Rennlister banging the rev limiter without a load on the engine.

Geez, another case of more money than sense.

I think the camera wasn't picking up some low frequencies that are actually there.

Ben, I've stood about 6-8 ft. behind at least a half-dozen Cup cars at the PCA Club race at Daytona the past two years when they were being gridded up. They sound of those cars lighting up still gives me goosebumps. The sounds are absolutely uncivilized. Granted, I wouldn't want my street car to sound like that because I would be afraid of getting pulled over every couple of miles. And my PSE is music to my ears. But, I think you should hook up with JimB and see if he can change your mind about a 911 race car.

For those who may be partial to the F-Car sound, here is a short clip of a Stradale on track. What an awesome sound!!! It's a pretty cool comparison to the 997 GT3RS clip I posted earlier.

Damn, I am going through P-Car withdrawal!!! The roads here are nothing but snow, ice, and piles of salt. To get my fix I am sitting here watching car clips on You Tube. Pathetic!!! HAHA

Your right. Sharky muffler bypass I guess. Ferrari sounds are ok. The problem it's the crappy car itself.

hehe i like people who like to step up to a challenge.

but seriously, i've heard the no-cats, race cats, larini, capristo, borla, tubi.... blah blah blah the only sounds i go nutz over is the cgt. my bud's ferrari was sweet, but not gah gah levels.

zonda sounds crazy.. there's a zonda f youtube clip up where it sounds like a pack of wolves screaming for some deer meat.

but i guess it's also the car that's associated with the sound that has a huge effect on how much we like it or not... imagine the cgt sound on a gmc pick-up truck.. not quite the same.

I thought it sounded a bit weird at idle, maybe just the lousy mic. I love the sound off the throttle just after redline between the gears ( I don't know what that is called) very early 911 RS-ish. I'm sorry but anybody that would nail the throttle in 1st and 2nd in-between parked cars on both sides of a narrow street like that is an idiot who makes others think that all Porsche drivers are dangerous and inconsiderate. It would be impossible to avoid a kid who ran out between those cars chasing a ball, balloon, playing tag, etc. Anybody with kids knows what I mean. I nail my Porsche all the time, but not on crowded streets.
