i'd like to know what you're getting for 40.

I recommend buying from a rennlister. People here for the most part tend to take care of their cars. Sometimes you can even get a rolling history of the car by looking at threads from the current owner. I bought mine from a guy selling on a Porsche board and it was a great experience. Good luck.

There's a nice fairly low mileage 2001 996 Tip Cab listed in the classifieds that has had a PPI and is ready to go. It looks nice.
