Default Calling Mfletch.....

Mark,

Since you are almost over the hump on your current rebuild, I found a new "project" car for you. Mark's Next Porsche Project?

16k miles on that bad boy--isn't that kind of high? Hell, it'll probably need a new engine soon...

Tim, thanks for thinking of me....I would need a really good divorce attorney if I surprised my wife with that one. That is gorgeous. It will be a fun project for somebody with a lot more disposable income than me.
Riad, that hurt.

It actually doesn't look to be in that bad condition....might be a steal for someone, but who would do business with a company that feels the need to add into their introduction "WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF ROBBING PEOPLE...."

Ok, backing away quietly but quickly........

Spider,
In addition to "not in the business of robbing people" ... it had a ton of words spelled incorrectly.

Mfletch,
If you can get a dozen rennlist'rs to put up 10-15k each and you add 10-15K in parts and labor we could do a "Jetshare" type of deal like Warren Buffet offers. I would tell everyone my yellow car is in storage and I only take it out on pristine days. lol

If I was Mfletch the only thing I would invest in right now is a fire extingusher for his present project start up just incase.

It looks like the guy toasted at least 3 of the wheels. I read on the C-GT Forum that the wheels costs $7,500.................. EACH!

OUCH!

I'd love to take a crack at that one, but I would also need a divorce attorney.

My main worry would be frame damage - to me and the car.
