It's been a little over 2 years since I was in my old silver '99 996. For those who do not remember, I had a wee bit of a headroom problem with my helmet. Now, I knew non-sunroof 996's were out there, but I have never seen any (other than GT3's). Until now.
I will be purchasing Screameleon's white Carrera this Saturday and driving her home. I cannot tell you how freakin excited I am. This car is TRULY my dream car. I have waited a LONG time to find the right car. And, in 6 years of looking this is only 1 of 2 cars that I personally have ever seen for sale with no sunroof.
I am sooooo grateful to have the opportunity to be back in a proper Porsche.

How tall are you? I'm 6'3", and I'm thinking that it would be a really tight squeeze for my noggin and a helmet inside my C4S, unless I rake the seat back way too far.

Well, if I may be so bold, maybe I can answer that for Chad. It's not just the fact that he is tall, it's just that... well.... he has a big head. How big you ask? Well, do you remember the Jack in the Box commercial from a few years back when Jack is watching his son play football? Well, Chad uses that football hemlet on track days!
