I have had an old a4 quattro for several years. They are great in the snow and the rain, much better than my Jeep Grand Cherokee was.

I have my 03 A6 6-Speed CPO Quattro silver/black with 56k for $25k obo... Only reason for selling is too many cars right now. Fantastic daily that is fun yet really roomy and comfortable. Has shades built into the doors and automatic shade for the rear.

95993 thx for offering, however i only considing tip for commute.

i found A4 quattro are excellent deals, best bang for the buck. i started with BMW 3 series, but they are much more exp. than A4s, esp. AWD ones.

yep I've had mine for over 5 years, they run great, I find the interiors to be well laid out, rarely break down, basically amazing cars for the money. WE have taken it to Canada in the winter several times and it is awesome in bad conditions. We wouldn't be without one.

I have an A4 daily driver still. It's awesome in the snow when I take it snowboarding, and awesome in the rain (we get a lot here in the pacific northwest.
Inexpensive mods and non-flashy.
I like the new Audi line and thinking about upgrading my SUV to the Q7.
Only thing I would say is get the bigger V6 engine - I'm kinda done with 4 cylinders now (except may Lotus Elise/Exige)

I've had more Audis than I can count. They're wonderful in wet/snow conditions. Check KBB for pricing, and definitely look at the car in person. CPO is a real plus - As of several months ago, Audi is not allowing transfer of CPO from private owners. I assume this car is from a dealer. As you can see, I have a new S4 on order - it will be my 3rd S4 - theyr'e fast and fun (but heavy. It'll be my daily commuter. As per a previous post, www.audiworld.com is a good website for info. Not nearly as good as Rennlist, but some useful info.

I loved mine , putting 40K a year on it. Until the timming belt slipped and wrecked the motor. If you buy one have the timming belt changed early.
