Not that sensitive. It's just getting a bit 'Lord of the Flies' in here. And going for the Canadian thing just seemed so lame.

I've just been taking a stand for something I believe in (which I gather isn't always popular in America these days). I certainly didn't mean to **** people off, just to make them think. That's the problem with the internet: No tone of voice. But I am the kind of guy who won't back off when the dogpile starts.

Hilarious to see that word used on this forum considering that many of us have lived all over the world.
I hope the maple leaf hearts will please Bruce... I am off to my sensitivity training!

Time for bed for me. I have no patience for sensitivity.

If someone happens to be speaking to Wellardmac, please remind him that centuries of colonialism have proven that it is possible to travel and live elsewhere without becoming in the slightest bit enlightened. He may or may not in real life be a bigot, but his passport proves nothing either way and waving it around, as with so many things, proves nothing.

You might also want to suggest to him that he not presume to speak for all of Rennlist. Unless there was an election and I somehow missed it.

Not bigoted at all. I am, in fact, also an American citizen. But you don't need me to tell you that political discourse is a bit strained in America these days. Your own media are on about it constantly. No bigotry intended, and happy to discuss. Sorry if the intent of the comment was confusing.

Why do you think I got out when I did. I refuse to play those kind of games.

Now, I really am going to bed.
