Default What brand of spark plugs are best?

Well I did a search through the 996 forum, and everything is just about how to replace them.

What brand and part number does everyone buy? On other vehicles I've owned, bmw, and a race built talon, I found the cheapest ngk's one degree colder are the best, but then I have more knowledge on boosted cars.

For my 02 996 non-turbo, what are the best ones to get?

The factory recommend are a good start. They use high quality plugs. Check your model year and build date, I believe they use 3 different types. Beru and NGK com to mind.

Quick service.

I don't know where you get your information, but the 996 only uses 6 spark plugs.

Here is a good source for plugs and has the breakdown of which plug for which year.

Didn't porsche have twin-spark flat-6's awhile back? Maybe that's what he was referring to, not really a 12 cyl engine.
