I can appreciate all fine auto's and think the Lambo was one of my first lusts with P-cars. I was just infomed this week that a biz associate just purchased a 07 saleen s7 twin turbo for 768k out the door! Wow-seems a little crazy but we are going to meet soon and check it out- I will post pics and a descriptive post.

Yeah, I thought the '05 and '06 Saleens were going for $400k-$500k, but who knows, the '07 model might be completely different.

I guess I better just get two then...now if it was $700K INCLUDING tax, I'd get three.

You guy's realize that a used Gallardo is only 135,000 on a lease they are 1300K very affordable. Don L Leasing has one for 1350K a month. Plus you get a reliable Audi...

I think you mean $1350 not $1350K.

I like the Murci much better than the Gallardo which is just way to hardedged for me. And I know everyone on this post would take a Lambo. Part of the problem is that many of the people who get them act like poseurs, but the cars hardly are.

But frankly, why not get the 'new' original guts with a teutonic shell? Yes, I'm talking about the Audi R8. Saw one in their showroom on Park Ave the other day. Holy moly! The car is frighteningly seductive, has a sleek understated by elegant race appeal, huge air intakes which just look awesome, and a very low slung stance. Yes, I'm ashamed to say it, but Audi's performance in LMP1 is definitely having an impact on me. I could definitely add the R8 to the fleet. I guess the true question is: R8 or 996 turbo?

Love your Gallardo. In the sun, that pearl yellow is just plain jaw-dropping.

That's all personal opinion. Ones not worse than the other. I personally prefer Ferrari, but I'd consider both if I was looking at cars in that range since I like both brands.
