I'm considering the Qwi anti-vibration gloves - for long drives. Has anyone tried these and can offer feedback?

I used them years ago when driving my MGs, Minis, and Jags with their skinny hard and cold or hot wheels and no power steering. Driving aggressively could give you blisters and was hard on the hands.

For years all my cars have had larger and usually padded leather wheels that make gloves unnecessary for me, nor wanted. I don't wear gloves riding my motorcycles (Harley) either unless it's cold or I take out one of my sport bikes to wrestle in the canyons and risk a possible fall, in which case I'll have leathers and a helmet on as well.

If you feel you need 'em, by all means use 'em.

Oh, and I can still feel my steering wheel, like a good condom.

Actually, I like very think deerskin gloves when the weather is cold. Else, I drive barehanded. I will admit that the leather gives a very tactile feel on the wheel.

got some Roeckl fingerless gloves (peccary skin) which keep palm-sweat off the wheel and allow me to pick my nose when the occasion arises (seriously, being fingerless I can fiddle with the ***** and buttons a bit easier).

Gloves for the track I can understand, but for the street???

I had to buy a pair of Impact when I was at skip barber because I kept hitting my knuckles on the body of the car every time I shifted. a few years later, I still use the same ones. I only use at the track or in the canyons.

Members Only jackets went out? They always make a good appearance on the Sopranos.
