I had some time to kill this morning so I washed and waxed the car. This is the first time I have used P21S on top of the Wolfgang's sealant I normally use and I think it came out pretty well. Here are a couple of pics. The last pic is of the red calipers I painted back in February of this year. They are holding up very well.

Dutchie - I tried to buy S100 (reported to be the same product as P21S) at the Concord Harley-Davidson dealership, but they were out, I asked them to order it and 3 weeks later, after making 3 trips there, I gave up and ordered it on line. You can get it at Autogeek.net or Autopia-carcare.com.

Very nice Tim!!!... Klasse and P21S (S100) is my favorite combo... I'll be doing the same in a couple weeks.
BTW: Where did you find the Porsche "cup" you're wearing on the first pic?

Looks great. But if you apply wax (P21S) on top of another sealant/wax product, the next time you wash your car, you'll be washing off the top layer of P21S right? It is my understanding that wax needs to bond to the surface of wax free paint.

I think if you use a car shampoo, and not something like Dawn, the wax should not be removed by the first washing. I think carnuba wax only lasts about 8 weeks or so. Consequently, I am considering the wax as the "sacrificial" top coat for the sealant. I wanted to try it to see if I could enhance the "depth" of the shine. Prior to this application, I had not used carnuba wax on my car, so I'll monitor it to see how long it lasts.

Your car looks great Tim, nice job!!!
I have been using P21S over the bare paint on my car and I get great results, but I have read several places that using a synthetic wax under the P21S provides better shine and depth. Next time I wax I'll try your method to compare.
How long did you wait before applying the P21S?
