How many 996 were painted Paladio Metallic?
Is there anyway to find out? Does anyone else here have that color other then me?

What does it look like.....is it a cross between Gold & Metallic Champagne.
That is what mine looks like.

Well, not sure what, if any difference between the two? Anyway, the paint code is L555, maybe they just renamed it to mirage at some point in time.

Well after thinking mine was meridian, and then something else (can't remember what). I found the Touchup kit that came with the car in my rollaway box. Sure enough, Paladio metallic. It's really grown on me.

I came close to buying a Coupe that color. It had Turbo Twist 18" wheels that were painted black and I didn't think the wheels looked good but actually liked the car color. I had an XJS that was Satin Beige and I thought the color was too close and wanted a change.

It was originally called Mirage Metallic. Not a bad color at all. Seen it with Boxster Red and Met Blue and Black interiors.
