I picked up some Lloyd (heavyweight) mats from Pelican Parts. Great quality, thick and plush.

I second Lloyds for the carpeted type mat or you can go with the race look and get Track Mats

Lloyd mats are the best bet for a number of reasons.

1) They are better quality than the Porsche originals - thicker pile, better backing

2) They are cheaper & you can just buy the front mats if you like!

3) You can choose your official Porsche logo - or even have your own text added

4) The logo/text can be in a contrasting color

5) The edge binding of the mats can be in a contrasting color

Check out US SPEED

Chris.

aben8057: Your mats looks really nice. Are they slippery? how much did you pay for them?

lloyds mats are great...I got mine on ebay, you give them your car model and the logo you want and colors and they make them, then ship them to you. I had mine in 6 days after placing the order....here is my passenger side...I got "Carrera 4" in yellow with a black mat....The quality is MUCH better than the Porsche mats which is what I replaced. Funny side note, my wife accused me of spending $400 on mats when she saw them, did not believe me when I said they were $100....

jkb - Lloyd mats are preferred by most. However, a while back, one Rennlister got the "thicker" matts and did not like them. He thought they were roo thick, almost like "bath mats." FYI

I purchased Lloyd mats through US Speed online. Service to Canada was excellent and fit was perfect. As Tim pointed out, just go with the regular thickness - this is already quite a bit thicker than OEM. if you go with the extra thickness, apparently they cannot embroider the name onto the mats. The other Rennlister Tim referred to said is wife thought they looked like bath mats ... run those tootsies through the toelips

I went with Coco Mats http://www.cocomats.com/ They are very heavy duty woven mats that look like they will last forever. They have some interesing color combos if you want to spice up your interior. The company has been around forever.

One more comment - unlike some mats, they don't creep forward and get under the pedals. I hate that. They fit the floor perfectly.
