I just had a Tubi installed, Yokohoma AD07, and a fresh allignment. Only had a chance to drive 20 miles but I have to say the tires are going to be really sticky. The allignment must have made a tremendous difference. I did not push it yet but the car feels so much smoother...I now have some grip, those Contis suck.

The Tubi is exactly what I wanted...except for the price. Not much difference at idle, a little throatier when soft accelerating, but when you get on it it is perfect. The right loudness and perfect sound. The nice thing is that it is different than most of the other 996s in the area, don't know anyone with a Tubi. I didn't even need to turn on the radio. I wish it was a little louder, but my guess is that over time it will change. I hope to get a sound comparison up soon after I break it in a little.

I'd love to hear them sometime...glad to hear you like it. I met a p-car owner in FL and he was also very happy with his Tubi system.

Porschefest is coming up the weekend of August 19 at SP. I plan to be there for the autocross and dinner. Anyone else?

Come out on the beginning of August when the Dorki's have the faithful' meet. I definitely want to hear the music the Tubi's make.
