... my wife gave me Bumper Plufs and a Door Plug for my birthday today... I guess this is the first mod on my car... looks much better (she also gave me the RemoteTop... see next post). Thanks Eric!!
- For those of you who have the Bumper Plugs, how loose do they fit? Mine are quite loose... probably 2 mm of space between plug head and bumper, and they move around freely...
Eric says they are supposed to be loose so flexing of the bumper against the plugs will not rub off paint. The loose fit is by design. The guy is addicted to the details. God bless him.
Not loose....should be up against the bumper. Turn the cap 1/4 turn to see if it will cinch up. If not, call or email me, or come by with the car and we'll get a new set in there.
They should fit flush, but be able to spin in the hole, but not out from the hole at all.
And when you come by, we can get you a set of clear sidemarkers too.

Eric, I will probably stop by one of these days... would be great to meet you and see the person behind the plugs!
Good call on the clear side markers. Should call CNN and have them run a story on those. NO ONE should have orange side markers... except where required by law... your results may vary... professional driver on closed course... I think my meds are wearing off.
