Ended up getting my money back and getting a silver 2002 C4S. Then Sold the C4S a year later for a 911TT, then sold that a year later for a brand new 08 M3, then sold that a year later for the 2004 M3 Convertible with 17k miles I have now. http://law.wustl.edu/ComputerSupport/Gant/E46M3.htm

After I bought the car and drove a thousand miles home, I found out the P dealership it came from and somehow got some idiot worker there to send me all the paperwork which disclosed the total loss an sale to the place I bought it from. I had them by the *****.
They returned the full purchase price, my plane ticket for 2 down there to pick it up and gas for the trip back. They also payed to have a tow truck pick it up and drive it back.
