Default 3 spoke Steering Wheel with airbag

I'm looking for a black or black and aluminum 3 spoke steering wheel from a 996 for my 993. Any suggestions? Anyone out there with spare steering wheels for sale?

You may want to try Suncoast or Brandywine Porsche (sorry, can't remember which). They recently had some Black/Aluminum on ebay pretty reasonable.

Good Luck

Thanks. I'll check with them. I found two other ones on e-bay, but no airbag. I wanted to make sure the airbag/ center section matched up well, so if am looking to find one with the wheel and airbag/ center being sold together. Carenewal sells them, but I think I could find this domestically for a little less...or so I hope. Barely used, even better.

It may not be as easy to find as you think, though. I searched for a while last year and ended up going with Carnewal. Gert gave me a courtesy Rennlist discount, so that was good enough of a deal for me. The thicker Turbo-style steering wheel looks so much better and feels damn good in my hands.

Thanks. I did find a good price for a wheel on ebay, but still need a center section/airbag.

Someone else suggested a AJ USA style wheel, not sure who sells those though.

Nice Wheel! I finally found that Raid website earlier today, but the pictures were without the Porsche Crest. It really looks great with the Porsche crest. Sometimes I have no imagination.

I actually found a "take off" on ebay for $250 and a new airbag through Brandywine at $500, which was about $250 less than "new" 3 spoke and airbag through Carenewal or the dealer.

Thanks for the info Rennlisters.

Is this an OEM style wheel? Does it come with the crest? Do the horn adapters work? the oem horn style is different...

I bought mine from ebay...a guy had it and never installed it...came with the crest on the airbag. At the price I paid it was a no brainer....Turned out to be a GREAT buy.....Very durable, looks great, comfortable....The Raid wheels look awesome, very unique....Yes the horn buttons work perfectly....

I'd sell mine, but then I'd have to steer with vice grips, and I believe vice grips don't have airbags.

Ruf wheel looks nice.
