Post Fitment Question

Will the following fit a 2001 996 C2

18" Kinesis K18's, 8.5x18 w/ 225/40/18, 10x18,225/40/18, w/265/35/18, taken off of a Boxster S?

Depends on the offset. It should be somewhere on the wheel. That's a good combo to minimize understeer IMO.

However, I don't think Kinesis stamps the offset value on their wheels. You would either have to measure it or ask someone who might know about the specific wheels.

Thanks Guys.

I found out that they, in fact, do not fit. Boxster wheels fit fine in the front on a 996, but the rears have a larger offset on a Boxster,and as a result, will likelt rub on the rear when applied to 996. Kinesis confirmed this info.

Sooo...I have since found a set specific Kinesis K18's that fit my 996 perfectly. I will post offset and fitment info when they arrive.
