Default Lloyd's Mats - Wow, these are awesome.

Hi gang,

Some more prodding from a fellow Rennlister made me order a set of Lloyd's mats for my Guard's Red 996. I got them embroidered with a red "Carrera."

They came in today and they are just terrific. Very well made. I love how they secure the front mats in with a clip on the seat rail. Very creative and it works beautifully.

If you don't have these in your car, take a close look. I think they're actually BETTER than OEM.

I ordererd them from Pelican Parts. Total, including shipping was $149.90.

Honestly, if I ever get to the point where I can walk into the dealership and custom order my new Turbo, I'd order it without factory mats. Can you imagine their faces? I'd have a set of Lloyd's in my hands the day I went to pick it up. Maybe...one day....

Yep, mine are like that except I didn't do the red stitching around the outside edge. Just a black mat with red lettering. Very highly recommended!

How dot the Lloyd's mats wear around the heel? I always create a hole in the OEM mats within a year. Maybe I just use my right foot incorrectly.
